I have been practicing swimming for about 4
months and I have already noticed major changes in my physical health and in my
swimming technique. I’ve learn how to swim butterfly stroke (I don’t have any trouble
on controlling my respiration), however I cannot swim it more than 25 meters in
a row.
Also I found out that my favourite swimming style is crawl.
In total I have already spend 25 hours on this
activity.
